EELA-2 is the second phase of the EELA project; a success story born in Genuary 2006 thanks to the co-fundings of the the european commission in the context of the <a href="http://public.eu-egee.org/">EGEE</a> project. The aim of EELA project was to instanciate a scientific collaboration between Europe and Latin America thanks to the facilities offered by the Grid technology. Such a letter is generally requested to get a visa.</p>\n\n<p><b>Visas</b><br/>\nPlease check with the appropriate consulate / embassy whether or not a visa is necessary to get in the country of the event. HLP will only purchase your travel ticket upon presentation of the visa issued.
